Cathy is an Organisational Development Consultant/Practitioner, is a certified Leadership Coach with the Association for Coaching and is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. In her 16 years at Google she helped organizations, leadership teams and individual leaders realise their potential by transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and improved performance. Cathy has 20 years international experience in the fields of sales and people development based in Sydney and Dublin. She now runs her own business.
